Ingredients
- 4 (8 ounce) swordfish steaks
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Meanwhile, marinate swordfish in teriyaki sauce, 5 minutes per side.
Step 3
Grill swordfish, basting frequently with melted butter, until fish flakes easily with a fork, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
Step 4
Season with garlic powder and serve.
