Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Step 2
Mix beef, pork rinds, Parmesan, tomato sauce, onion, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together in a bowl until well combined. Press mixture into the prepared pan.

Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until browned and no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Tips

You can use half ground beef and half ground pork for this if preferred.
