This jalape?o popper dip has all the flavor of your favorite spicy appetizer in an easy-to-make dip!
Ingredients
Topping
- 1 cup crushed buttery round crackers
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Dip
- 7 slices bacon, diced
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- 5 jalape?o?peppers, seeded and chopped
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Make the dip: Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate lined to drain.
Step 3
Stir cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar, mozzarella, green onion, jalape?o?peppers, and bacon together in a bowl; spread into a 9-inch round baking dish.
Step 4
Make the topping: Mix crackers, Parmesan, and melted butter together in a bowl. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.
Tips
Sometimes I mix the Parmesan cheese in with the dip and omit the cracker and butter topping, then bake as directed.
