Ingredients

  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 (28 ounce) package frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce (such as A1 Steak Sauce®)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Spray the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick spray. Add frozen meatballs, broth, condensed soup, mushrooms, onion, steak sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.

Step 2
Cook until heated through and vegetables are tender, on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 6 hours, mixing in sour cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Cook’s Notes:

To make this a freezer meal, combine all ingredients (except sour cream) in a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag and freeze until ready to use. Remove bag from the freezer and let thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Dump the contents of the bag into the slow cooker and follow instructions in step 2.
