Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray
- 6 (4 ounce) fillets fresh pollock
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, or to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
Step 2
Season pollock with herbs, salt, and pepper; place onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Mix sour cream, Parmesan, and melted butter together in a small bowl; spread over each fillet.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 25 minutes.
