This pretty watermelon pie is perfect for summertime. It’s easy to make and just needs time to chill in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package watermelon-flavored Jell-O
- ¼ cup hot water
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups diced watermelon
- 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Directions
Step 1
Combine Jell-O and hot water in a large bowl; stir until dissolved and cool, 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Fold dessert topping and diced watermelon into gelatin mixture. Pour mixture into the prepared crust. Cool in the refrigerator until set, about 3 to 4 hours.
