I was looking for a new salad dressing that had spunk but was unusual enough not to be found in any store. This wasabi vinaigrette definitely meets the need and also goes great with almost any meat or fish: tuna, salmon, chicken, shrimp, beef, etc. This stores well in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 cup garlic-seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
Directions
Step 1
Whisk together rice wine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, wasabi paste, sesame oil, lime juice, and ginger in a medium bowl until combined.
