Ingredients

  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 2
Place blueberries in a 6×10-inch baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over blueberries.

Step 3
Whisk flour, sugar, and egg together in a bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; spread over blueberries. Drizzle butter over flour mixture.

Step 4
