Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 pound cauliflower florets
- ½ head cabbage, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Directions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and garlic; cook and stir until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the pan from heat and drizzle oyster sauce over vegetable; toss to coat.
Tips
Oyster sauce can be found in any Asian food store and most grocery stores.
