Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup minced garlic
- 4 pounds Snow Crab clusters, thawed if necessary
Directions
Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Whisk butter, olive oil, and garlic together in a bowl until well combined; generously brush onto crab.
Step 3
Cook crab on the preheated grill, turning once, until the shell just begins to brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
