This sushi vinegar is simple and perfect!
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice vinegar (such as Marukan®)
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons salt
- 1/8 lemon, juiced
Directions
Step 1
Stir together rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and lemon juice in a saucepan over low heat until sugar and salt dissolve; do not boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
