Ingredients
- 1 small apple, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 ½ cups cold almond milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon fresh blueberries, or to taste
Directions
Step 1
Place apple, spinach, and chia seeds into a blender. Add almond milk and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with blueberries.
Cook’s Note:
You can use any plant-based or regular milk you like. You can use quinoa instead of chia seeds.
