Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ pound boneless pork, cooked and cubed
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions
Step 1
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper; bring to a boil, stirring often. Add cooked pork; simmer just until pork is heated through.
Step 2
Serve pork and sauce on hamburger buns to form sandwiches.
