Ingredients
- aluminum foil
- 1 serving nonstick cooking spray
- 4 cups crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex®)
- 4 cups crispy corn cereal squares (such as Corn Chex®)
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 ½ cups fish-shaped cheese crackers (such as Goldfish®)
- 1 ½ cups original flavor crunchy corn kernels (such as CornNuts®)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Step 2
Combine rice and corn cereal squares, pretzels, fish-shaped crackers, and corn kernels in a large bowl.
Step 3
Stir melted butter and chili-lime seasoning together in a small bowl until well combined. Pour over the cereal mixture and gently stir with a rubber spatula until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread to an even layer.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, until crunchy and fragrant, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
