Take a traditional strawberry smoothie and add a little extra kick with some front and back flavor. Use coconut water not coconut milk.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 (17.5 ounce) can coconut water
- 2 cups ice
- 2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers rum, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon white sugar, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1
Blend strawberries, coconut water, ice, rum, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a blender until frozen and slushy.
Cook’s Note:
Depending on the size of the strawberries and amount of ice you add, you may need to add water to allow for smoother blending.
