Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • ½ cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries

Directions

Step 1
Pour the apple juice and pineapple into a blender; add the yogurt, pineapple chunks, and frozen strawberries and blend until smooth.
