Ingredients

  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thin
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese (Optional)

Directions

Step 1
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, honey, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl to make dressing.

Step 2
Toss strawberries, baby greens, cranberries, and onion together in a large bowl; top with feta cheese. Drizzle dressing over salad to serve.
