An easy bar cookie that starts from a cake mix.
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
- ½ (11 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup water
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Step 2
Mix cake mix, butterscotch chips, eggs, brown sugar, butter, and water together in a bowl; pour into the prepared baking dish.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan, 25 to 30 minutes.
