I came up with this smoothie when I was trying to incorporate more spinach into my diet because it so healthy for you. With the berries, you can hardly taste the spinach.
Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup acai juice
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons blackberries
- 8 ice cubes
Directions
Step 1
Add spinach leaves to a blender and finely chop. Add berry juice, blueberries, sour cream, sugar, blackberries, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Cook’s Notes:
I used acai berry juice, but any light berry juice works.
