Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing

Directions

Step 1
Combine peas, beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, jalape?os, and garlic salt in a bowl. Stir in salad dressing and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until flavors have blended, 8 hours to overnight.
