This is a nice and easy Southwest dressing recipe for salads. I used it on our last camping trip, and it was quick and easy to prepare in our trailer.
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder, or to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Step 1
Stir yogurt, sour cream, ketchup, onion, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk until smooth.
Step 2
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 10 minutes.
