This is a wonderful smoked oyster dip appetizer for oyster lovers. Simple to prepare with readily available ingredients. Great for unexpected guests. Spread on baguettes or dip with crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 (3.75 ounce) can smoked oysters
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch lemon pepper (Optional)
Directions
Step 1
Mash oysters with a fork in a large bowl. Mix in cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon pepper until well combined.
Notes
You can use hot pepper sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce as a variation. Spread on baguettes or dip with crackers. My choice is thin wheat crackers.
