Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

I made this Swiss steak in my crockpot one day, and we loved it! It was a little time-consuming because I saut?ed the vegetables and browned the meat first, but it was well worth it. Browning the meat first gives it a better flavor. This is great with mashed potatoes.
