This quick and easy caramel dip can be made in advance and is sure to be a hit. My sister made it for a dinner party and it did not last too long!
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package toffee baking bits (such as SKOR®)
- 2 medium apples, sliced
Directions
Step 1
Stir cream cheese and brown sugar together in a bowl until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish.
Step 2
Spread caramel sauce on top of cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with toffee bits. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with apple slices.
Tips
Toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
