This no-bake blueberry crisp for one is made in the microwave. It’s delicious!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
Directions
Step 1
Combine blueberries, white sugar, 1 teaspoon flour, and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Mix oats, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and melted butter together in another microwave-safe bowl; microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Combine oat mixture with blueberry mixture.
Tips
If you use frozen blueberries instead of fresh, microwave for 1 minute instead of just 30 seconds.
