Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1
Whisk yogurt and brown sugar together in a bowl. Add eggs, celery, green onion, relish, mustard, dill, paprika, and black pepper; mix well.

Cook’s Note:

Dijon mustard can be substituted for yellow mustard if desired.
