This easy garlic dip is one of the first things to disappear at gatherings. No matter what other appetizers are available, this is what people crowd around to eat. Add more or less garlic to taste. We have friends that add so much garlic your mouth burns after a few bites. Great for watching football and at BBQs!
Ingredients
- 10 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk, or more to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 pinch ground black pepper, or to taste
Directions
Step 1
Beat cream cheese, milk, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and ground black pepper together in a bowl with an electric mixer.
Cook’s Note:
You can serve this right away if you'd like, but it tastes better when chilled for 8 hours or overnight so the flavors have a chance to meld.
