Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chopped Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning rub (Optional)

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in mushrooms until well coated.

Step 2
Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, and steak seasoning on mushrooms; stir to coat.

Step 3
