Ingredients

  • ½ cup grapefruit juice
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry ros?
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 medium limes, sliced
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 1 ½ cups club soda
  • 3 cups ice, or as needed
  • 8 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions

Step 1
Stir together grapefruit juice and sugar in a pitcher until sugar dissolves. Add wine, raspberries, blackberries, lime slices, and brandy.

Step 2
Cover and chill until ready to serve, 1 to 24 hours.

Step 3
Gently stir in club soda before serving over ice. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.

Cook’s Note:

You can use 1/2 cup any fruit juice, 1 (750-ml.) bottle of any wine, 2 cups any fresh fruit, and any fresh herb sprigs you like.
