Ingredients

  • ¼ medium honeydew melon, cubed
  • ¼ Melons, cantaloupe, raw
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 1 sprig fresh mint, or to taste

Directions

Step 1
Combine honeydew, galia melon, and watermelon in a bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and zest; toss to coat. Garnish with fresh mint.

Cook’s Note:

You can use cantaloupe melon instead of galia melon, and lemon or orange juice instead of lime juice.
