You can change the flavor of this lime rickey recipe by using any flavored syrup. For a lemon rickey, use lemon in place of lime. For an orange rickey, use an orange, etc… For an alcoholic version, add a 1/2 ounce of vodka.

- 1 lime, quartered
- 8 fluid ounces carbonated water
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger raspberry syrup

Step 1
Fill a tall glass with ice. Squeeze lime wedges into the glass, and drop them in. Fill glass nearly to the top with carbonated water, and top with raspberry syrup.
