This rainbow pasta salad recipe is a terrific Italian-flavored pasta salad with broccoli, pepperoni, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package tri-color rotini pasta
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
- 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and sliced
- ¼ pound sliced pepperoni sausage
Directions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse twice in cold water.
Step 2
Toss cooked pasta, dressing, cheese, broccoli, olives, and pepperoni in a large bowl until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
