- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/3 medium cucumber, cubed
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
