This easy peach cheesecake recipe can be made using all low-calorie ingredients for a light dessert. The cheesecake is cool, creamy, and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 (12 ounce) jars peach preserves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
- 2 (8 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
Directions
Step 1
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until fully incorporated. Add peach preserves and vanilla; beat until combined. Fold in whipped topping until evenly incorporated and smooth.
Step 2
Pour 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture into each graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
