This easy Mexican-style dip is four layers of fun: refried beans, sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese. It takes only a few minutes to make, and it’s so good — it might only take a few minutes for it to disappear! Top with tomatoes and scallions if desired. Serve with corn tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar medium salsa
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend

Directions

Step 1
Spread refried beans in the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer sour cream over top, followed by salsa, and then shredded cheese.
