Super easy queijadas to make, and they won’t last long. Try substituting almond or lemon extract for the vanilla. Or top them with flaked coconut or fresh fruit before baking!

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Pour into muffin tins, filling 3/4 full. Bake in the preheated oven, 45 minutes, until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
