Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 2/3 cups white sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup applesauce
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, applesauce, and eggs together in a medium bowl until fluffy.

Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves together in a large bowl. Add pumpkin mixture and stir until combined. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
