  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1
Gather all ingredients.

Place pork chops in a slow cooker.

Step 3
