With the popularity of pomegranate juice being used in cocktails, I came up with a variation of a pomegranate martini using some limoncello we got from Sorrento, Italy. It’s a tasty drink!
Ingredients
- 3 fluid ounces pomegranate juice
- 1 fluid ounce limoncello liqueur
- 1 ½ fluid ounces vodka
- 1 slice fresh lemon
Directions
Step 1
Pour the pomegranate juice, limoncello, and vodka into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
