Ingredients
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup pisco
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes bitters, or to taste
Directions
Step 1
Place ice cubes, pisco, lemon juice, sugar, egg white, and bitters in a blender. Blend on high speed until finely pur?ed.
Step 2
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with an additional dash of bitter, if desired.
