Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 6 ounces champagne
Directions
Step 1
Combine pineapple and pineapple juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into 2 glasses and top each with 3 ounces champagne.
Cook’s Note:
Chill pineapple prior to blending.
