Ingredients
- 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread well-drained pineapple into a 9×9-inch square baking pan.
Step 3
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and egg in a medium bowl until well combined and crumbly. Spoon mixture evenly over pineapple. Pour melted butter over mixture, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
