Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 carrot, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- ½ teaspoon finely grated ginger
- ¼ teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup water
Directions
Step 1
Place banana, pineapple, carrot, hemp seeds, ginger, orange zest, cinnamon, coconut milk, and water in a blender in the order listed; blend on high until creamy and smooth.
Cook’s Note:
You can substitute out the ginger if you don't like it.
