Pesto Cream Cheese Dip

Quick and easy: just 2 ingredients + 25 minutes = yummy. You may use store-bought pesto, or make your own, such as the “Easy Pesto” recipe on this site. A great new way to use all that basil in the garden! Serve with toasted slices of French bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup basil pesto

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2
Spread cream cheese evenly on bottom of an 8-inch round baking dish. Layer pesto evenly over cream cheese.

Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling, about 20 minutes.

Recipe Tip

Substitute Neufch?tel cheese for cream cheese if desired.
