Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup melted milk chocolate (Optional)

Directions

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, whipped topping, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and milk together in a bowl using an electric blender until well mixed, about 1 minute.

Step 2
Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together in a bowl using a spoon.

Step 3
Roll peanut butter mixture into bite-sized balls; roll balls in graham cracker mixture until covered. Place balls on a baking sheet covered with wax paper. Freeze for 1 hour.

Step 4
Dip frozen bites into melted chocolate and return to wax paper. Freeze for 1 hour before serving.
