Delicious peach-mango habanero wing sauce for your chicken wings. Sweet and spicy. These guys bite back!
Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled and pitted
- 1 small fresh peach, halved and pitted
- 2 habanero peppers, stemmed
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Blend mango, peach, and habanero peppers in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Step 2
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add mango mixture, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper; reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, about 8 minutes.
