This peach ice cream recipe is a creamy, delicious summertime treat!
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 3 ½ cups white sugar
- 10 fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¾ teaspoon salt
Directions
Step 1
Mix together eggs and sugar in a large bowl until smooth; pur?e peaches in a blender or food processor and stir 5 cups pur?e into egg mixture. Stir in cream, half-and-half, vanilla, and salt, and mix well.
Step 2
Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
