Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (Optional)

Directions

Step 1
Stir together yogurt, oats, jam, and chia seeds in a jar or container. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.

Tips

You can use any jam, but I prefer strawberry.
