These oatmeal peanut butter bars are the best granola bars in the world! They make a great snack in the afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 1/3 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup flaked coconut
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Step 2
Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla together in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, raisins, and chocolate chips; press mixture into the prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes; let cool on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
