Low in sugar, these oatmeal cookies are naturally sweet from applesauce, bananas, and raisins — they’re sure to satisfy a sweet tooth! They’re also made without flour and lactose.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup raisins (Optional)
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Stir oats, bananas, raisins, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a bowl until well combined. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are golden, 15 to 20 minutes.
